At 40 metres, Mangusta 130 carries the low, purposeful lines the shipyard built its reputation on: a sport-driven hull, a long foredeck, and an aft deck that opens straight onto the water rather than sitting high above it. Five cabins are set for eleven guests, a ratio that gives each stateroom real breathing room rather than the tight layouts common on busier charter boats of similar length.
The proportions suit a small, self-contained group more than a large party. A family taking the boat for a week along the coast, or a couple hosting a handful of close friends for a long weekend, tends to use the space differently from a corporate booking of the same size — quieter, slower mornings on deck, longer stretches at anchor, fewer moving parts to manage. The yacht's speed and manoeuvrability make it practical for covering longer legs between stops without turning the day into a transit.
Charter terms for a yacht at this scale are usually built around a day rate plus an advance provisioning allowance covering fuel, food, and port costs, settled against receipts at the end of the trip. Our team works through guest numbers, cabin configuration, and route length with each client before confirming a booking, so the figures quoted reflect the actual itinerary rather than a generic estimate.
