Oasis 40 is a 40-metre Benetti built around two straightforward ideas: open space and easy access to the sea. Her beach club lowers to form a wide platform at anchor, turning the swim step into a genuine extension of the yacht rather than an afterthought, while the sundeck above holds a separate spa area, set apart from the rest of the deck plan for quieter use.

With five cabins for up to 12 guests, she suits a family taking the whole yacht for a week along a Mediterranean coastline just as comfortably as a smaller group of couples splitting the cabins evenly between them. Meals move outdoors as a matter of course: the al fresco dining area on deck is arranged for a long lunch after a swim stop, which sets a slower rhythm than a yacht built around a formal indoor table.

Cruising at around 16 knots, Oasis 40 covers longer multi-day routes without making transit the main event of the trip.
